About the Role

The Team Lead position manages a direct and indirect team of 25‑50 professionals, overseeing BPO supervisors and processors in accounts payable, collections and sales. The role requires strong leadership, performance mentoring, training coordination, and regular performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and motivation. • Manage BPO supervisors and processors across accounts payable, collections, and sales functions. • Produce timely data, MIS reports, and performance metrics. • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables. • Resolve quality‑control issues and manage problem queues. • Achieve or exceed individual productivity targets. • Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures. • Mentor team members to improve performance and motivation. • Identify training needs and coordinate with the training department. • Conduct regular performance evaluations for the team. • Onboard and develop new hires to align with company standards and culture. • Maintain professional communication with internal customers.

The role demands finger‑dexterity, fast‑paced execution, and the ability to maintain professional communications with internal customers. • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or high‑school diploma with four years experience. • Experience: Six years in audit, accounts and finance; two years in team management. • Proficient in reading financial documents, calculating discounts, interest and percentages. • Skilled in problem solving, reasoning, and applying common‑sense instructions. • Competent with accounting software, databases, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Strong verbal and written communication, fast‑paced work style, and team‑coaching abilities. • Office‑based setting with occasional handling of objects under 30 lb and minimal exposure to cuts, burns, chemicals or environmental hazards.
