What You Bring
GFT is seeking an Entry Level Industrial Engineer to join our Transit and Rail Facilities Industrial Team in Owings Mills, MD. This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days per week onsite in the office. GFT is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with fair‑chance ordinances in California and San Francisco. The position is based in Baltimore, MD, full‑time, with standard business hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and requires successful completion of a criminal background check. • Travel up to 25% of time for field work, meetings, and presentations with transit clients. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture. • Possess 0–3 years of relevant experience in transportation, infrastructure, or facilities projects. • Demonstrate interest in transit and rail facilities through coursework, internships, or related experiences. • Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills. • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Earn Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or obtain it within six months. • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, or other design software. • Exposure to project management tools or construction documentation.

Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $75,000–$95,000, dependent on experience and geographic location.
