Senior Project Manager - Safety and Industrial Hygiene

About the Role

• Perform project management, mentoring, oversight and coordination. • Water intrusion/Mold investigations and Moisture Mapping. • Preparing winning proposals, managing budgets, and overseeing staff. • Work with client account managers/teams to meet client expectations and increase the services provided to our clients. • Travel to client sites as needed. • Inspections/Assessments/Abatement Design/Project Oversight for Asbestos, Mold, Lead-Based Paint, and PCBs. • Coordinate multiple projects with property owners, building managers, and local/state/federal agencies. • Work as a team player to support our national service platform. • Develop client relationships, management and growth. • Prepare client deliverables.

What You Bring

• Strong Project Management financial skills • Have a consultative demeanor and ability to work with clients and the ability to identify and offer solutions when needed. • Experience working in the states of New Jersey and/or New York Metropolitan area. • Experience preparing proposals, managing budgets, and overseeing staff. • Experienced in business development and working with key account teams to increase revenue. • Track record of success developing and growing accounts for Safety and Industrial Hygiene business offerings and implementing projects • Excellent leadership and team building skills. • At least 8-10 years of experience in successfully implementing Safety and Industrial Hygiene services • The following certifications are preferred: Certified Asbestos Inspector/ NYC Investigator; Asbestos Designer; Lead Based Paint Inspector/Risk-Assessor (EPA and/or NJ); NYS Mold Assessor; Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Safety Professional.
