About the Role
The Front Office Executive works on the front lines of customer service, managing the busy front desk, welcoming visitors, handling inbound and outbound calls, and maintaining a professional appearance. The role continuously seeks ways to improve the front office, including updating magazines and newspapers on display. Daily tasks include maintaining and updating records and databases such as telephone registers, call tracking and client contacts, performing general admin and help‑desk activities, and supporting conference‑room management, event coordination and flower‑arrangement oversight. The executive also oversees facility operations, inventories, monthly requisitions, pantry and mailroom activities, and contributes to monthly client management reports while participating in emergency evacuation procedures. • Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing incoming/outgoing calls. • Maintain and update reception records, telephone registers, call logs and client contact databases. • Perform general administrative and help‑desk duties, including conference‑room scheduling and event coordination. • Oversee facility operations, inventory management, monthly requisitions, pantry and mailroom activities. • Contribute to monthly client management reports and participate in emergency evacuation procedures. • Develop and implement policies and procedures for all reception functions. • Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with occupational safety and EHS processes.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a graduate degree, have one to five years’ front‑desk or reception experience, and possess strong computer literacy, knowledge of occupational safety, and a track record of continuous‑improvement initiatives. Excellent people skills, a customer‑service focus and the ability to multitask across varied client interactions are essential. • Require a graduate degree and 1‑5 years of front‑desk or reception experience. • Must demonstrate strong computer literacy, knowledge of safety requirements, and excellent multitasking abilities. • Possess exceptional customer‑service orientation and interpersonal skills across all client levels.
