About the Role

What You Bring

The Project Manager II will manage, plan, and drive the execution of product development projects from initiation to launch, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and meeting defined objectives. This role requires leadership, technical and business acumen, and proficiency in project management methodologies. The candidate must hold a BS degree in Engineering or a related field, have 3‑5 years of project management experience, and possess a PMP, PMI, Prince2, or equivalent certification. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, sheet‑metal fabrication, HVAC system design, and experience with stage‑gate, phase‑driven, and AGILE development is preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple concurrent projects using tools such as Microsoft Office, MS Project, and SAP. The position requires effective written and verbal communication, interpersonal relationship skills, sound decision‑making, multitasking, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and as part of a team. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lb, sitting or standing for most of the workday, and occasional visits to the manufacturing facility that may involve extreme temperatures, dust, and chemical fumes. • Hold a BS degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). • Possess 3–5 years of project management experience. • Hold PMP, PMI, Prince2, or equivalent certification. • Experience with manufacturing processes, sheet‑metal cutting/forming, and HVAC system design (preferred). • Familiarity with stage‑gate, phase‑driven, and AGILE development processes. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, SAP, and other enterprise software. • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, written, and verbal communication skills. • Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects. • Communicate effectively in written and spoken form and build strong interpersonal relationships. • Demonstrate sound decision‑making, analytical problem‑solving, and multitasking in fast‑paced environments.
