About the Role
Your work will involve optimizing energy efficiency, integrating resilient systems, and engineering the backbone of next‑generation facilities, directly supporting technological advancement, sustainability, and a lasting legacy of excellence. • Work under the supervision of an engineer for a specific discipline. • Generate BIM elements according to the Level of Development and Digital Delivery Plan. • Create and maintain the discipline model, systems, content, and digital delivery output. • Follow engineer guidance while remaining technically competent with discipline software. • Accurately model BIM elements using current 3D software within modeling constraints. • Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams within project scope, schedule, and budget. • Maintain model data such as coordinates, scales, orientations, boundaries, match‑lines, views, and sheets. • Produce discipline‑specific documentation with precise annotations. • Monitor, improve, and uphold company standards and model health. • Coordinate design with other discipline models through design reviews and 3D coordination. • Assist or execute additional digital delivery requirements identified on the project.

We combine mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil expertise to solve complex design challenges with precision, creativity, and collaboration. • 5+ years of related experience. • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; able to work in one or both platforms. • Experience in BIM production, specifically structural modeling. • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (formerly BIM360). • Flexible and adaptable to changing project needs and schedules. • Technical degree or at least 3 years of related industry experience. • Proficient with 3D design software and document management infrastructure. • Competent in Microsoft Office products and communication tools. • Experience using 3D coordination tools. • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. • Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
