About the Role
Downer's Road Maintenance & ITS division is responsible for maintaining and responding to incidents on the Citylink network in Melbourne. Our work ensures a high level of reliability and presentation of assets, including CityLink and West Gate Tunnel. • Lead and supervise landscaping and civil maintenance crews, including fence repairs and graffiti removal. • Plan work schedules, oversee crew activities, and ensure projects are completed on time. • Maintain strong safety standards and actively participate in Downer's Zero Harm initiatives. • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the public.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has experience leading or supervising landscaping and civil maintenance crews, planning work, and interacting with the public. Responsibilities include tasks such as landscaping, fence repairs, and graffiti removal. They must demonstrate accountability, a commitment to quality outcomes, and ensure projects are completed on time. Strong planning, scheduling, and crew oversight skills are essential, as is a proven track record of building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
