About the Role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for processing customer orders for shipment, receiving inbound material from internal and external suppliers, and operating within established policies and procedures. Performance targets include productivity, quality, attendance, safety, and on‑time shipping. Key duties include verifying product codes and quantities on received items, operating RF units, conducting accurate cycle counts (manually or via the automated WMS), picking, packing, and processing internal and external orders, and performing value‑added services such as labeling, packaging, and paperwork. The associate must also receive and put away products in correct bin locations, accurately report completed shipments, separate packages by carrier, adhere to ISO and Sandvik procedures, and report any non‑conformances. • Process customer orders for shipment and receive inbound material. • Operate RF units for picking, packing, cycle counting, and order entry in the WMS. • Perform accurate cycle counts manually or via automated WMS functions. • Pick, pack, and process internal and external orders, including value‑added services such as labeling, packaging, and paperwork. • Receive and put away products in correct bin locations. • Report completed shipments, separate packages by carrier, and follow ISO and Sandvik procedures. • Report any non‑conformances promptly.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 lb and stand 6‑8 hours per day, and possess strong knowledge of WMS and ISO systems as well as ADC warehouse processes, policies, and procedures. Basic computer skills, a team‑driven and result‑oriented attitude, flexible work schedule, and legal authorization to work in the United States are also required. • Hold a high school diploma or GED. • Lift up to 50 lb and stand 6‑8 hours daily. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of WMS, ISO systems, and ADC warehouse processes. • Possess basic computer skills, be team‑oriented, result‑driven, and have a flexible schedule. • Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
