About the Role

• Draft, negotiate, and close purchase and sale agreements and related transaction documents for real estate acquisitions. • Manage title, survey, zoning, and land‑use diligence with title companies and outside counsel. • Draft and negotiate real estate leases and lease amendments, including associated due diligence. • Coordinate and oversee outside counsel, consultants, and vendors to ensure efficient, cost‑effective transaction execution. • Provide practical, business‑oriented legal advice on risk assessment and deal structure to operations, development, and leadership teams. • Assist with post‑closing integration, title or survey issue resolution, and ongoing property management.

What You Bring

• Minimum three years of practice as an attorney focused on real estate or acquisitions. • Experience handling complex transactions, preferably involving industrial, mining, construction, or infrastructure assets. • Strong knowledge of title, survey, zoning, land‑use, and environmental diligence. • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast‑paced operational environment. • Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills with a solution‑oriented approach. • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
