Strong communication, multitasking, and a persuasive, high‑energy attitude are essential, as is a high school diploma or equivalent and weekend availability. • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance‑driven environment. • Previous appointment‑setting, confirmation, or dispatch roles preferred. • Familiarity with Five9, Microsoft Office, data entry, and CRM systems. • Strong communication, multitasking, and persuasive personality. • High energy, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and focused on career advancement. • High school diploma or equivalent.

The schedule is 11 a.m.–7 p.m. Tuesday‑Saturday or Sunday‑Thursday, with a base hourly wage plus uncapped commissions that can yield first‑year earnings of $60,000 to $80,000.
