About the Role
The HR Administrative/Operations Assistant provides support to employees and stakeholders by handling calls, emails, and in‑person meetings related to HR policies, practices, and training. The role receives, routes, resolves, documents, and closes inquiries accurately and promptly, while collaborating with Centers of Expertise, HR Business Partners, and other departments to ensure seamless, customer‑focused interactions. • Handle incoming queries according to the service model. • Respond to general inquiries about transition activities following established policies and procedures. • Create electronic records of customer and stakeholder interactions and resolve issues efficiently. • Assist other HR teams and projects as needed to support internal and external business partners. • Coordinate with shared services to cover all transition aspects, including payroll, benefits, recruiting, and training. • Perform department‑specific administrative duties such as research, updating templates and reports, and preparing collateral materials. • Establish and maintain filing systems, classifying and sorting correspondence, records, and documents. • Ensure all required information is received, entered accurately into the online system, and provide updates and reports as needed. • Answer routine queries for managers and employees, assist with problem solving, and act as a liaison to resolve concerns. • Handle and maintain files and records for processes and procedures. • Participate actively as a member of one or more cross‑functional special project teams.
