About the Role

What You Bring
• Demonstrate proven experience in managing medium‑sized projects and project planning. • Exhibit strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills. • Hold relevant professional memberships (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) and certifications (CSCS, MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE). • Possess tertiary qualifications in project management or related construction disciplines. • Show commercial and financial acumen, including fee proposal development. • Understand carbon, sustainability, and sector‑specific regulations affecting projects.
