The position also involves handling documentation and adhering to regulatory requirements related to city, state, and environmental guidelines. • Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment. • Install, replace, and calibrate thermostatic controls, liquid lines, and ductwork. • Maintain chilled and hot water systems and ensure compliance with city, state, and EPA regulations.

What You Bring
Candidates must bring a minimum of five years of hands‑on experience in the HVAC field and be able to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working on rooftops. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid driver’s license that meets the company’s insurance criteria.
