About the Role
Core responsibilities include designing steel, concrete, suspension and precast pedestrian bridges, ensuring each project meets both visual and functional criteria. You will integrate accessibility features in line with Dubai Accessibility standards and international guidelines such as ADA. Coordination with structural, MEP, and civil disciplines, as well as timely submission of correct information, is essential. Additionally, you will mentor junior architects and BIM modelers while aligning with team targets. • Design steel, concrete, suspension, and precast pedestrian bridges with iconic architecture. • Ensure bridge accessibility meeting Dubai and international standards (e.g., ADA). • Coordinate design inputs with structural, MEP, civil consultants and local authorities. • Mentor junior architects and BIM modelers throughout the design process. • Apply BIM workflows and sustainability standards such as LEED AP or Estidama PQP. • Lead bridge projects from concept through detailed design, presentations, and approvals.

What You Bring
We are seeking a Senior Architectural Designer specialized in pedestrian bridges for our Dubai office. The role focuses on creating iconic bridge solutions that combine aesthetic appeal with structural performance. You will work alongside exceptional colleagues and contribute to high‑impact infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate brings at least 12 years of architectural experience, with a minimum of five years in the UAE, and a proven track record in pedestrian bridge design. A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, registration with the UAE Society of Engineers, and familiarity with Dubai Municipality, RTA and other local authorities are required. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and knowledge of green building regulations. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, Rhino/Grasshopper, 3ds Max, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite is expected, together with strong BIM workflow experience on infrastructure and public‑space projects. Candidates should demonstrate concept‑design leadership, sustainability awareness, and the ability to manage client and stakeholder reviews. Certifications such as LEED AP, Estidama PQP or PMP are advantageous. • Provide 12+ years of architectural experience, including 5 years in the UAE, and UAE Society of Engineers registration. • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, Rhino/Grasshopper, 3ds Max, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
