About the Role
Autodesk seeks construction‑industry professionals to drive digital transformation through the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Success, the role leads technical engagements with top AECO customers across North America and collaborates closely with Customer Success Managers to align solutions with documented success plans. The incumbent will stay abreast of AEC trends, serve as a subject‑matter expert on ACC, and design tailored workflows, dashboards, and integrations that help clients achieve measurable ROI. They will also partner with internal teams to share insights and promote Autodesk’s solutions publicly. • Lead technical engagements for large AECO customers in North America. • Deliver health checks, custom workflows, training sessions, dashboards, reports, and integrations. • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of AEC industry trends and Autodesk Construction Cloud capabilities. • Act as subject‑matter expert, designing solutions and demonstrating platform value. • Develop processes, workflows, dashboards, and reporting to unlock ACC value. • Partner with Customer Success Managers to execute Customer Success Plans. • Share best practices, competitive insights, and success stories across the organization. • Leverage social media and public forums to promote Autodesk brand and solutions.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least five years of AEC or AEC‑technology experience, a solid grasp of SaaS adoption, and a track record of leading change‑management projects. The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and motivated to deliver measurable business value through technology. • Minimum 5 + years experience in the AEC industry or AEC technology sector. • Proven experience leading SaaS adoption and change‑management initiatives. • Ability to compile platform data analytics and dashboards; travel as required. • Demonstrated passion for construction digitization and delivering customer outcomes. • Strong collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
