About the Role

Substation Operations is hiring an Associate Specialist for Substation Operations Compliance, Quality Assessment and Training. The successful candidate must be self‑motivated, resourceful, articulate, and possess a ‘can‑do’ attitude with clear accountability to meet customer needs. The role involves managing training activities for over 350 employees, handling scheduling, enrollment, data analytics, and presenting at meetings, and being available for the Company’s Systems Emergency Assignment. • Oversee training programs for 350+ employees, including scheduling and enrollment. • Conduct data analysis on training metrics and present results to stakeholders. • Respond promptly to the Company’s Systems Emergency Assignments. • Maintain a proactive ‘can‑do’ attitude and accountability to meet customer needs.
