About the Role
• Lead project teams, communicating objectives, scope, terms, and schedule to clients and staff. • Provide strategic design support throughout project organization, production, and execution. • Manage scheduling, budgets, staffing, and project set‑up with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and contractors. • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and fees, and bid projects to multiple general contractors. • Track and manage financial performance, including work plans, change orders, billings, and collections. • Oversee the full project lifecycle from estimating and bidding to coordination, punch list, turnover, and close‑out. • Mentor junior designers and guide multiple projects in a collaborative environment. • Foster an interdisciplinary design approach across teams to enhance Gensler’s culture of quality.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. • Bring 15+ years of architecture and project management experience across varied building types. • Possess professional licensure, LEED accreditation, and Revit proficiency (preferred). • Demonstrate experience negotiating scope, fees, and ensuring fiscal responsibility. • Have knowledge of building codes, standards, structures, and post‑occupancy processes. • Experience with project management software such as MS Project; critical facilities experience is a plus.
