About the Role

The Facilities Executive Soft Services role in Integrated Facilities Management – Corporate Solutions involves prioritizing facility needs, overseeing day‑to‑day operations with the facilities manager and assistant manager, and ensuring administrative, security and service functions are covered while driving continuous process improvement. You will monitor supplies, manage approved contracts, support emergency evacuation, crisis management and business continuity plans, address environment, health and safety issues, and oversee the property budget and vendor invoice compliance. Client satisfaction is central; you will resolve difficult issues, pursue operational improvements, meet KPIs and SLAs, conduct routine service audits through walk‑arounds, and prepare stock, meeting and monthly management reports for clients. • Oversee daily property operations and ensure admin, security, and facility services are covered. • Manage supply inventories, approve contracts, and ensure vendor invoice compliance. • Participate in emergency evacuation, crisis management, and business continuity planning. • Monitor environmental, health, and safety issues and control property budgeting. • Conduct routine service audits, walk‑arounds, and prepare stock, meeting, and monthly reports. • Lead and develop a facilities team, implement improvement plans, and achieve KPIs/SLAs.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a degree in business, hotel or building management (or a related field) and have 5‑6 years of facilities management experience, with strong knowledge of property operations, occupational safety, core housekeeping, SOPs, event support and complaint management. Proven team‑leadership ability, experience rolling out improvement plans, excellent communication and reporting skills, and proficiency with MS Office and business communications are required. • Hold a degree in business, hotel or building management with 5‑6 years of facilities management experience. • Demonstrate knowledge of occupational safety, housekeeping SOPs, event support and complaint handling. • Possess strong communication, reporting skills and proficiency in MS Office.
