About the Role
As a Food & Beverage pool Server, you will maintain a clean, professional work area at all times while serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages and food to patrons in the grill area. Your duties include serving hot and cold food promptly, following all steps of service—greeting guests, upselling, establishing rapport, serving, pre‑bussing, thanking guests, and inviting them back—collecting payments, and keeping the bar‑grill area tidy. You will perform general cleaning tasks with standard products to meet health standards, complete end‑of‑shift reports using Micros, and attend work regularly as required by Hilton Grand Vacations. • Maintain a clean, professional work area. • Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages and food to grill patrons. • Serve alcohol in compliance with state regulations. • Serve hot and cold food promptly. • Follow all steps of service: greeting, upselling, rapport, serving, pre‑bussing, thanking, inviting back. • Collect payments for food and beverages. • Perform general cleaning to meet health standards. • Complete end‑of‑shift reports using Micros. • Maintain regular attendance per company standards.

What You Bring
You will learn menu items, beverage brands, cocktail recipes, and varieties of beer, wine, soda, water, and other prepared drinks, and you must serve alcohol in compliance with state regulations. • Know menu items, beverage brands, cocktail recipes, and beer/wine varieties. • Minimum 1 year bartending/serving experience in hospitality. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Alcohol Awareness Certification (preferred). • Food Safety Certification (preferred).
