Job Highlights
About the Role
Lead and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive projects to timely completion. Interface with business leaders to transform and develop opportunities into projects. Drive and maintain the department dashboard to achieve the Annual Operating Plan objectives. Analyze, identify and reconcile measurable opportunities for improvement for the department. Identify and implement audit processes to align and comply with business processes. Complete pre-work project analysis before production release, as required. Own the business DDM transactions and process for the department. Monitor data quality and integrity, including but not limited to managing borrowing transactions, performing post‑shipping materials analysis, resolving BOM discrepancy issues, managing scraping and restocking processes, eliminating inventory duplication, and performing inventory adjustments. Be the point of contact for the department continuous improvement initiatives. • Lead cross‑functional stakeholder collaboration to deliver supply chain projects on schedule. • Transform business opportunities into actionable project plans. • Maintain departmental dashboard to meet Annual Operating Plan targets. • Identify, analyze, and reconcile improvement opportunities within the department. • Implement audit processes ensuring compliance with business procedures. • Conduct pre‑release project analysis before production launches. • Manage DDM transactions and oversee related departmental processes. • Ensure data quality by handling borrowing transactions, post‑shipping analysis, BOM discrepancies, scraping, restocking, and inventory adjustments. • Serve as primary contact for continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience. 1+ years of experience in supply chain. Demonstrated experience in ERP and MRP (transactional and planning module). Experience in SAP will be considered as an asset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Experience in Excel: data management, lookup functions, pivot tables/charts, and trend analysis. Must be legally authorized in Canada without company sponsorship. Effective communication skills in English, verbal and written. Strong analytical skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets. Demonstrated problem‑solving skills. Attention to details and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and act as a self‑starter. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least one year in supply chain. • Demonstrate proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, SAP (asset), and advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, trend analysis). • Possess strong communication, analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑oriented skills; thrive in fast‑paced environments.

Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 CAD. The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
