About the Role
The Install Lead will supervise the job site and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and zoning systems. Responsibilities include installing air-conditioning units, changing filters, cleaning ducts, and refilling non-toxic refrigerants to improve efficiency. The role also covers installing auxiliary components such as expansion or discharge valves, air ducts, pipes, blowers, dampers, flues, or stokers. • Supervise job sites and install HVAC systems, ductwork, zoning, and auxiliary components. • Perform efficiency tasks such as filter changes, duct cleaning, and refrigerant refilling. • Guarantee of 75% of scheduled work hours each 12‑week period.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least two years of HVAC experience. An EPA refrigerant certification must be obtained within the first two months of employment, and applicants must pass a drug screening and background check. • Minimum 2 years HVAC experience; obtain EPA refrigerant certification within 2 months. • Pass drug screening and background check. • Work truck and gas card provided for daily travel to client sites.

Benefits
The position is full-time, at least 40 hours per week, with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Workers are paid weekly, with an hourly rate ranging from $28.48 to $35.00; overtime is compensated at 1.5 times the regular rate. All statutory payroll deductions will be made by the employer. On-the-job training is provided, and the employer supplies all tools, supplies, and equipment at no cost to the employee. A work truck and gas card are also provided for daily travel to client sites. Transportation to worksites in Dare and Currituck counties is free, and employees receive daily transport to client locations. After 90 days, benefits become available, including health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage. Inbound transportation to the worksite is provided at no charge, though the employer may withhold transportation costs if less than 50 percent of the contract period is completed. Upon reaching the 50 percent threshold, the worker is reimbursed for subsistence travel costs, and upon contract completion the employer covers reasonable return transportation and lodging expenses. The worker is also reimbursed in the first workweek for visa, processing, and related government fees. The employer guarantees three-fourths of the total scheduled work hours for each 12-week period, starting from the first workday after arrival or the contractual start date, whichever is later. • Work full-time 40 hrs/week, Monday‑Friday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM. • Hourly wage $28.48–$35.00; overtime paid at 1.5× regular rate. • Weekly payroll with required statutory deductions. • On‑the‑job training provided; employer supplies all tools, supplies, and equipment. • Free daily transportation to worksites in Dare and Currituck counties. • Benefits after 90 days: health, dental, vision, short‑term and long‑term disability. • Inbound transportation free; cost may be withheld if less than 50% of contract completed. • Reimbursement for subsistence travel ($16.28–$68.00 per day) after 50% contract completion. • Employer covers reasonable return transportation, lodging, and visa processing fees.
