About the Role
PEs support all phases of a commercial construction project—from conceptual development to final completion—by administering, organizing, planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring processes. On larger projects, specific project management responsibilities may be delegated to the PE based on experience, knowledge, and skills. Local candidates will be considered, though relocation to on‑site project management is required. • Support all phases of commercial construction projects from concept to completion. • Administer, organize, plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor project processes. • Assume delegated project management duties based on experience and skills. • Relocate to on‑site project management in Jacksonville if not local.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include a BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience), proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and the Internet, and CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30‑hour certifications (training can be provided). Preferred software experience includes Procore, Autodesk Build, and RMS/QCS, while LEED GA and QCM credentials are desirable. All hires must provide proof of identity and U.S. work authorization, and must successfully pass a drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check for access to military base job sites. • Require BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience. • Require computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet. • Prefer experience with Procore, Autodesk Build, and RMS/QCS software. • Require CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30‑hour certifications (training provided if needed). • Desirable credentials: LEED GA and QCM certification. • Must provide identity and U.S. work authorization and pass drug and DoD background checks.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 per year and includes medical, dental, vision insurance and a 401(k) match. • Earn $65‑$85k annually with medical, dental, vision benefits and 401(k) match.
