About the Role
Partner with the best. As a Field Specialist, you'll play a vital role with our customers. Leading installation and maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations. You'll be the onsite expert, continually developing your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions for customers. • Manage projects to completion and communicate updates to internal and external customers • Provide technical guidance and advice to customers and third‑party wellsite colleagues • Analyze and interpret system information and data to resolve complex well‑site problems • Verify work to enable successful customer delivery and sign‑off of agreed objectives • Provide onsite support to remote operations, including handling BHAs, rig‑up and rig‑down • Lead, mentor and motivate teams in a technical environment • Apply a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues • Work in varied environments, including customer locations

What You Bring
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent with 1‑2 years industry experience • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and build trusting relationships with customers • Possess hands‑on knowledge of basic onsite rig operations • Willingness to gain industry experience and undergo product line training
