About the Role

As a Call Center Operations Specialist, you will provide analytical and operational support to Call Center Management to help meet monthly marketing targets. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies. The position follows a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays, ensuring coverage for our call center operations. Shift times will be assigned based on business needs. • Create performance reports and implement standard operating procedures • Manage campaigns, track performance, and support strategic business decisions • Analyze reports, collaborate with partners to set performance objectives and identify opportunities • Oversee daily lead distribution and improve related processes • Facilitate onboarding and training for team members • Perform assorted administrative tasks assigned by management • Monitor system functionality, call flow, content, quality assurance, and identify challenges • Assist with inventory management to maximize hotel and resort inventory efficiency
