About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings and facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed. • Ensure facility operations comply with company policies and procedures. • Coordinate daily tasks, delegate assignments, and provide guidance to staff. • Supervise the assigned location in the manager’s absence. • Maintain clean and safe environments by enforcing established standards. • Operate specialized equipment and safely handle cleaning chemicals. • Perform general janitorial duties as needed.
