About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lease/Property Manager to oversee lease administration and portfolio activities for a key client account. Based at 1 O’Connell Street, Sydney, the role will manage a portfolio of expenditure and revenue leases on behalf of the client as both lessor and lessee, working closely with facilities management and finance teams. The manager will ensure lease data accuracy, maintain database integrity, and support annual budgeting and broader budget preparation. Responsibilities include managing system data changes, abstract reviews, reconciliation approvals, and handling invoice and revenue processes such as rent rolls, payments, arrears and variances. Quality reviews of lease obligations, compliance certificates, and reporting will be conducted, while the manager collaborates with internal teams, clients, landlords, solicitors and finance analysts. What You Bring

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of lease/property management or commercial real estate experience, strong knowledge of property databases and reporting systems, and familiarity with AASB16 lease standards and financial reconciliations. They must be able to interpret lease documentation, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills, and have a customer-centric mindset managing diverse relationships. • 3+ years experience in lease/property management or commercial real estate. • Strong proficiency with property databases, reporting systems, and AASB16 lease standards. • Ability to interpret lease documentation and ensure stakeholder compliance. • Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Customer-centric mindset with experience managing diverse internal and external relationships.
