About the Role
• Facilitate daily recreational programs and activities for all age groups based on guest needs and resort requirements. • Prioritize and instruct classes, events, special programs, holiday activities, competitions, mixers, and group activities. • Create and distribute promotional materials (flyers, handouts, postings) to attract participants. • Evaluate program effectiveness and participation, seeking innovative enhancements. • Deliver outstanding guest service by answering inquiries, providing information, and solving problems.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates will demonstrate previous customer service, hospitality, and public‑speaking experience, as well as proficiency with audio‑visual equipment and a broad knowledge of recreation activities and program development. Minimum qualifications include basic math and cash‑handling skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic desktop‑publishing applications, the ability to work outdoors in all climates, excellent guest‑relations abilities, comfort interacting with all age groups, and fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English. • Communicate positively with small to large groups, including microphone use for entertainment.
