About the Role
In this role you will help coordinate daily facility operations, supervise engineers and contractors, monitor critical systems such as power, cooling, and networking, and develop preventive maintenance programs. You will also ensure safety and regulatory compliance, take part in capacity planning and upgrades, manage incidents, and deliver technical documentation to management and clients. • Coordinate daily data‑center operations and maintenance activities. • Lead and mentor technical personnel, such as engineers, technicians, and contractors. • Track and assess performance of power, cooling, and networking systems. • Create and enforce preventive maintenance schedules and procedures. • Verify adherence to safety, security, and regulatory standards. • Contribute to capacity planning and infrastructure upgrade initiatives. • Handle critical incidents and emergency response. • Produce technical reports, documentation, and presentations for leadership and clients.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate brings at least five years of data‑center operations experience, deep knowledge of infrastructure components, and familiarity with standards like ASHRAE, TIA, and Uptime Institute. Strong problem‑solving, leadership, and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in facility‑management and automation software and a relevant certification (e.g., CDCP, DCPRO); a Professional Engineer license is a plus. • At least 5 years of experience managing data‑center operations. • In‑depth understanding of power distribution, cooling equipment, and network architecture. • Knowledge of industry guidelines (ASHRAE, TIA, Uptime Institute). • Strong analytical, decision‑making, and leadership capabilities. • Proficiency with facility‑management and building‑automation software. • Valid certification (e.g., CDCP, DCPRO); Professional Engineer license preferred. • Experience with energy‑efficiency projects and multi‑site data‑center management.
