About the Role

The Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) leads design‑build/engineering‑procure‑construct (EPC) projects from inception through completion, overseeing prime contract administration, engineering design, procurement, scheduling, construction management, and field operations, while ensuring compliance with contract specifications, safety, quality, and environmental standards. Key duties include directing integrated DB/EPC teams, managing subcontract and purchase‑order agreements, preparing audit reports, coordinating with customers for optimal communication, mitigating disputes, supervising Project Managers and Construction Managers, and delivering regular performance, budget, and schedule reports. • Lead design‑build/EPC teams from project pursuit through close‑out • Administer prime contract, subcontract and purchase‑order agreements and manage changes • Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance through audits and inspections • Coordinate engineering, procurement, scheduling and construction; produce monthly performance reports • Supervise on‑site and off‑site Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Construction Managers • Resolve disputes, handle RFIs, and conduct value‑engineering and constructability reviews • Develop and monitor project schedules and Schedule of Values • Review and approve subcontractor invoices and submittals • Mentor and train junior staff members

What You Bring

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) and at least ten years of construction project‑management experience, preferably on DB/EPC power‑delivery projects, with deep knowledge of transmission, distribution, and substation work, as well as strong leadership, problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office. • Require 10+ years of construction project management, DB/EPC experience in power delivery • Proficient with Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and strong written and verbal communication • Travel up to 50% of time as project needs require

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $180,000 to $210,000 annually and includes a 401(k) plan, holiday pay, PTO, comprehensive health coverage, pet insurance, EAP, professional development, tuition assistance, employee discount program, and up to 50% travel as required.
