About the Role
Shipping and receiving Material Handlers ensure the efficient flow of raw and fabricated material throughout Badger Drive. They operate stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts, walk‑around equipment, and a 5‑ton crane to perform daily duties. Key responsibilities include delivering finished parts to the shipping dock, loading and unloading trucks, completing shipment paperwork and SAP transactions, moving in‑process pallets, managing pallet inventory, storing parts, disposing of scrap, and handling receiving documentation to maintain customer service commitments. • Deliver finished fabricated parts to the shipping dock and complete required paperwork. • Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks. • Process shipment paperwork and SAP transactions for material movements. • Move in‑process pallets to locations accessible to other customers. • Maintain pallet inventory and dispose of unusable pallets. • Store parts in designated racks or floor locations. • Dispose of scrap materials in designated plant areas. • Identify material, attach proper paperwork, and submit receiving documents to the office. • Receive, locate, and ship parts daily to meet customer service commitments.

What You Bring
The position requires at least six months of forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, ability to operate various material‑handling equipment, willingness to work overtime, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 lb. Candidates must reside within a 50‑mile radius, unless they are active‑duty military. • Minimum six months forklift operation experience required. • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. • Experience with safe operation of various material‑handling equipment. • Ability to work overtime when needed. • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform essential manual tasks.
