About the Role

The Waste Operations Associate is responsible for assisting in the collection, identification, and proper packaging of hazardous and non‑hazardous waste at client sites, as well as handling administrative duties and spill‑response activities. The role includes making waste pickups throughout a customer’s facility, conducting chemical bulking and consolidation, and ensuring waste is packaged and labeled to maximize efficiency and compliance. The associate also participates in on‑site spill response, operates forklifts, inspects drums for container integrity, and ensures the safe loading and unloading of waste hauling vehicles. What You Bring

Preferred qualifications include the ability to use heavy and light equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, proficiency with hand and shop tools, and strong attention to detail. Candidates must be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities, stay focused, and may need a valid driver’s license.
