About the Role
Operators run bulldozers, scrapers and front‑end loaders at recycling facilities, adhering to strict safety policies, performing equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and handling material movement. • Operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders in compliance with safety policies. • Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance, maintaining accurate records. • Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment. • Follow standard operating procedures for equipment operation and maintenance. • Work independently, uphold safety guidelines, communicate effectively, and solve problems autonomously.

What You Bring
The position requires physical coordination, occasional lifting of items under 30 lb, and exposure to typical landfill conditions such as dirt, odors, noise and weather; reasonable accommodations are available. • Minimum three years of heavy‑equipment operating experience; must be 18 + and authorized to work in the U.S. • Preferred experience with dozer, excavator, and compactor. • Ability to meet physical demands, including occasional lifting of items under 30 lb and working in dirty, noisy, weather‑exposed environments.
