About the Role
The Retrofit Sales role focuses on developing, promoting, and converting high‑value retrofit and modernization opportunities for chiller plants, air‑side systems, and building energy performance portfolios across the Indian market. The position acts as a strategic consultant, delivering technically strong, energy‑efficient, and financially attractive solutions that improve system reliability, lower lifecycle costs, and align with sustainability goals. • Lead development and conversion of high‑value retrofit opportunities for chiller plants, air‑side systems, and building energy portfolios in India. • Serve as strategic consultant to deliver energy‑efficient, financially optimized solutions that enhance reliability and reduce lifecycle costs. • Engage CXO and facility leadership to build relationships and influence long‑term retrofit decisions. • Conduct detailed energy audits, identify performance gaps, and create engineered retrofit proposals. • Collaborate with engineering, service operations, and project teams to design value‑driven solutions using advanced technologies and digital analytics. • Develop ROI‑based business cases, including ESPC proposals, automation upgrades, controls modernization, and high‑performance HVAC enhancements. • Ensure all retrofit solutions comply with Indian standards such as ECBC, IGBC/LEED, and BEE guidelines. • Drive innovation in solution design, technology integration, and performance optimization to strengthen market positioning. • Achieve retrofit revenue targets and maintain a healthy order pipeline across key verticals such as IT parks, commercial buildings, healthcare, industrial facilities, and data centres. • Provide technical leadership in chiller plant optimization, air‑handling system modernization, and digital performance monitoring. • Maintain a competitive benefits program for all employees.
