About the Role
The Regional Brand President & General Manager for DEWALT North America will translate global brand strategies into winning regional initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer for the Americas, this leader will drive innovation, manage the brand’s P&L, and lead cross‑functional teams to achieve market growth, product innovation, and sales and profit targets across retail, commercial, industrial, and farm & hardware channels. Key accountabilities include brand marketing execution, category management, product development, business performance, and talent stewardship. The role ensures consistent brand presence, implements go‑to‑market and trade plans, oversees flawless new‑product launches, monitors performance metrics, and cultivates a learning culture that supports succession planning and skill‑gap development. • Lead North American DEWALT brand strategy, aligning global vision with regional market needs. • Ensure consistent brand presence across retail, commercial, industrial, and farm & hardware channels. • Develop and execute regional marketing activation plans that drive growth and engagement. • Implement go‑to‑market and trade plans to maximize category performance and meet P&L targets. • Oversee new product launches, communicate regional requirements to global product teams, and align supply through S&OP. • Drive business results by monitoring performance metrics, reporting progress, and adapting strategies. • Build a high‑performance talent culture through succession planning, skill‑gap analysis, and change‑management coaching.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of experience elevating consumer‑durable or manufactured product portfolios, a deep understanding of multi‑channel retail, e‑commerce, and independent distribution, and strong commercial acumen. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate data‑driven decision making, digital and traditional marketing expertise, and the ability to influence results in a matrixed global organization. • Possess 15+ years of brand leadership experience in consumer durables or manufactured products. • Demonstrate multi‑channel expertise (retail, e‑commerce, independent) and data‑driven decision making. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; MBA preferred.
