About the Role
The role supports the health, safety and wellbeing (HSW) team and projects, using basic technical capabilities. It involves supporting the implementation of HSW policies, procedures, guidance notes and standards, and collaborating with teams to support audits for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and other standards. You will coordinate inspection and audit schedules, analyse results from reporting, audits, corrective actions, operations reports and KPIs in collaboration with team members, and assist in identifying gaps for improvement. The position also develops working relationships with internal stakeholders, contributes to operational delivery of regional strategy, and works collaboratively toward the net‑zero carbon transition by managing associated carbon emissions and reductions. • Implement health, safety and wellbeing (HSW) policies, procedures and standards. • Support ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and other audits. • Coordinate inspection and audit schedules. • Analyse audit results, KPIs and corrective actions to identify improvement gaps. • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders. • Contribute to operational delivery of regional strategy. • Assist in net‑zero carbon transition by managing carbon emissions and reductions.
