About the Role
The role is Planning Manager – Data Center and Commercial Greenfield Projects, based in Mumbai, India, within the Project & Development Services line. The manager will influence project timelines, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure successful execution of ambitious real‑estate developments. • Develop, coordinate, and manage detailed project schedules for data center and commercial greenfield projects using advanced scheduling software. • Monitor progress, track variances, and provide timely updates and strategic insights to stakeholders. • Identify scheduling risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies with project teams. • Synchronize schedules with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, facilitating meetings and planning workshops. • Continuously improve planning processes by integrating best practices and innovative methodologies, and produce detailed reports and dashboards.
