About the Role

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of contractors within a designated area. • Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and ensure service delivery excellence. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to benefit internal teams and customers. • Conduct regular site inspections to uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contractor services with operational priorities. • Support contract mobilization, onboarding, and renewal processes. • Act as the key liaison between site operations and external service providers. • Partner with the Rock Tools EHS Manager to drive EHS initiatives, training, and customer‑specific compliance requirements.
