About the Role
Based in East Longmeadow, MA, you will work as part of the Stanley Black & Decker manufacturing team to assemble, label, and manually pack saw blades either independently or collaboratively. The role requires you to follow general responsibilities that support efficient production and quality standards. Key duties include selecting work based on priority, performing quality checks and taking corrective action, reporting production data to supervisors, and moving products between workstations or inventories. You will also maintain inventory accuracy, keep the work area clean and organized, and continuously improve personal and team performance while communicating issues and solutions to coworkers on all shifts. • Assemble, label, and manually pack saw blades individually or in a team. • Prioritize tasks, perform quality checks, and act on inspection results. • Report production data to supervisors and move products between workstations. • Maintain inventory accuracy and keep the work area clean and organized. • Continuously improve personal and team performance and communicate issues. • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
