About the Role
The role involves troubleshooting technical problems, determining solutions according to product and customer specifications, and providing product and technical support. It also includes conducting technical training and product briefings for customers. • Drive to multiple customer sites daily for deliveries, pickups, and equipment installations. • Provide product and technical support under moderate supervision. • Conduct technical training and product briefings for customers. • Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions per product and customer specifications. • Clean, maintain, and organize fleet and accessories to ensure readiness for rent. • Maintain warehouse and trucks for optimal efficiency. • Complete and submit required paperwork, including order write‑ups and rental/sales agreements.

What You Bring
• Meet required qualifications: high school diploma/GED, 1+ year customer service, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lb frequently (up to 75 lb occasionally), and climb a 10‑ft ladder. • Preferred skills: strong verbal and written communication, phone proficiency, organizational ability, attention to detail, basic mechanical skills, and comfort using hand tools.
