About the Role
As the Engineer of Record, the Supervising Electrical Engineer will lead coordination meetings, supervise staff, and participate in budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration. • Serve as Engineer of Record on dedicated projects • Lead and supervise coordination meetings • Provide periodic objective employee evaluations • Assist Technical Manager and Chief Engineer with technical training and staff mentoring • Coordinate and assign system design and engineering projects to the team • Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects • Manage construction administration tasks such as field reports, RFIs, bulletins, and addenda • Prepare monthly project invoices and monitor accounts receivable, contacting clients to expedite payment • Oversee correspondence among staff, clients, contractors, and owners • Participate in the firmwide Expert Teams committee • Contribute to budgeting, scheduling, and staff management • Prepare proposals and administer project contracts, including service agreements • Supervise preparation of analysis and reports on system options and building conditions • Ensure compliance with design standards and quality control

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a current PE license, have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, and possess at least 12 years of consulting experience, including healthcare design and exposure to critical facilities, commercial, or aviation projects. A minimum of three years of supervisory experience and hands‑on CAD/Revit design skills are required.
