About the Role
The Housekeeper role involves daily cleaning of public facilities, common areas, and grounds, as well as preparing vacant units for move‑in under the supervision of the Community Manager. The position requires reliable attendance, adherence to company policies, and the ability to respond promptly to resident and management requests. • Perform daily cleaning and trash removal of grounds, residential areas, common spaces, and offices. • Clean and ready vacant units for resident move‑in. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders and maintain service turnaround. • Follow Asset Living policies and report any community rule violations. • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain consistent resident interactions. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor. • Safely lift and move objects up to 25 lb., use ladders, scaffolding, and operate equipment as needed. • Work overtime, weekends, and night shifts for emergencies and handle exposure to hazardous chemicals.

What You Bring
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or housing industry experience preferred. • Possess basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
