• Lead and deliver complex infrastructure projects and programmes across sectors like aviation, roads, rail, telecommunications, and utilities. • Apply project management principles, contract management, financial controls, and health, safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle. • Develop and mentor project teams, fostering leadership in challenging and ambiguous environments. • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, partners, and public‑sector organisations. • Analyse complex problems and create workable solutions while managing multiple work streams under pressure.

What You Bring
Senior Project Managers will work on projects in aviation, roads, rail, telecommunications, utilities and more. They must have extensive experience in infrastructure project or programme management across the lifecycle, including contract management, financial management, health‑safety, quality and environmental management. Leadership, stakeholder management, problem‑solving and the ability to manage multiple work streams under pressure are essential. Experience in highways infrastructure, NEC contracts, managing contractors and consultants, or working on public‑sector projects is advantageous. Candidates should hold a degree or HND in a relevant field, professional affiliation with APM, ICE, CIHT or similar, and project management certification such as PRINCE2 or MSP. • Hold a degree or HND in construction, management, or infrastructure and professional affiliation with APM, ICE, CIHT or similar. • Possess project management certifications (APM, PRINCE2, MSP) and NEC PM accreditation. • Beneficial experience includes highways infrastructure, NEC contracts, contractor/consultant management, and consultancy or client‑side project management.
