About the Role

The Regional Quality Control Manager will support dedicated geographical areas, visiting project sites across the region and working flexibly from any regional office or remotely. The role ensures projects are ready to deliver a quality product by supporting pre‑construction activities and applying QC processes throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration with the Business System & Digital Team will enable the adoption of digital tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud for quality planning and management. • Provide support to dedicated geographical areas, including site visits and remote work. • Assist pre‑construction phases to ensure projects are ready for quality delivery. • Promote and apply QC processes and procedures throughout the RCG project lifecycle. • Collaborate with the Business System & Digital Team to adopt digital tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud. • Conduct advisory visits and QC reviews, delivering written reports on high‑risk packages. • Facilitate lessons‑learned sessions, CPD training, and share best practices. • Analyse QC reporting to identify trends by building type, work package, and supplier. • Coordinate with Aftercare managers to record and communicate post‑handover defects. • Perform internal audits across diverse management systems.

What You Bring

The successful candidate will have extensive experience with ISO standards and hold an IRCA‑qualified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification. They will have a proven track record of internal auditing across a variety of management systems and be comfortable influencing stakeholders through strong written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and a valid driving licence with willingness to travel, including overnight stays, are also required. Applicants should possess a construction‑related degree or a trade background with construction management experience, a valid CSCS card, SMSTS qualification, and competence in health and safety practice with basic first‑aid knowledge. An HNC/HND in a relevant discipline is expected, providing a solid foundation for supporting on‑site teams and driving continuous improvement. • Hold IRCA ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualification and experience with ISO standards. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications. • Possess a valid driving licence and willingness to travel, including overnight stays. • Hold HNC/HND or relevant construction degree, CSCS card, SMSTS qualification, and first‑aid knowledge.
