About the Role
The In‑house Sales Leader will spearhead a team that showcases the luxurious offerings of HGV, turning vacation dreams into reality. What You Bring
Candidates must have a proven track record in timeshare sales, the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and at least a high school diploma. Preferred qualifications include two or more years of mentoring or supervising staff, front‑to‑back timeshare sales experience, and prior success in closing sales or sales management. • Demonstrated outstanding results in timeshare sales • Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years experience mentoring, coaching, or supervising team members • 2+ years front‑to‑back timeshare sales experience • Prior experience closing sales or in sales management
