About the Role
In the Member Experience team, you will ensure members receive and pay their bills on time, enforce collections when they do not, and review credit and identity verification results to maintain accurate and compliant approvals. Effective communication and detailed process management are essential to mitigate risk while delivering an excellent member experience. • Enforce non‑payments and contact delinquent members via call, text, and email. • Respond to member inquiries about payment failures or issues. • Act on credit and identity check results to prevent fraud and maintain credit quality. • Maintain accurate records of delinquent or declined members and their statuses. • Offer alternate payment plans and manage exceptions with empathy. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in payment and risk tasks. • Troubleshoot and manually send bills that fail automatic generation.

What You Bring
• 2+ years experience in payments and risk, preferably in energy or utilities. • Customer‑facing support experience. • Strong organizational and process‑management skills with high attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with data‑management tools, spreadsheets, and CRM systems. • Problem‑solving mindset.
