About the Role

Property Managers operate independently across multiple locations, engaging customers to assess storage needs and recommending appropriate solutions, including packing and moving supplies. What You Bring

The role requires the ability to lift and move items up to 35 pounds and to spend up to 50 % of the time walking around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Managers also perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping interior spaces and maintaining exterior grounds to ensure curb appeal. Successful candidates typically come from customer‑service‑driven sales environments such as retail, restaurants, fast‑food, or other service‑based sectors. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for travel between sites, with mileage reimbursement available. • Provide excellent customer‑service‑focused sales experience; prior retail/restaurant/fast‑food experience valued. • Hold a valid driver’s license and use personal vehicle for site travel (mileage reimbursed).
