About the Role
The Senior Property Officer performs the administrative functions of the Property Management Team, ensuring a high level of professionalism in property matters and providing timely responses to tenant requests and concerns. In this role, the officer oversees property administration, coordinates facilities services, and supports event and hospitality spaces to maintain operational readiness and compliance. • Monitor maintenance plans/schedules and vendor performance for soft FM services (cleaning, pest control, landscaping, waste management, façade cleaning). • Prepare and submit timely inspection reports of Furniture, Fixture & Equipment for Event Spaces and propose spare inventory. • Conduct monthly sports equipment checks with the Venue Operating Contractor. • Conduct daily venue inspections to assess cleaning condition and building defects. • Deconflict with stakeholders and coordinate with Hard FM colleagues, Soft Services providers, external main contractor, subcontractors, and vendors for FM works (cleaning, M&E, building/fabric issues). • Manage all event and hospitality space administration and operations, including handover/takeover, on‑site event readiness, variable cost preparation, event billing, and damage handling. • Administrate procurement and finance matters for lifecycle or ad‑hoc projects, including tender calls, invitations to quote, and purchase requisition forms. • Prepare and submit incident reports within 12 hours of occurrence. • Monitor that TAM cases are attended and completed promptly within contractual timing. • Supervise Facility Attendants during event setup/teardown. • Assist peers on other duties as assigned by the venue manager.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a diploma in facility management, building services, or engineering, possess at least two years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong communication, safety awareness, and flexibility to work irregular hours. • Diploma in facility management, building services, or engineering with at least 2 years relevant experience. • Good communication skills. • Event planning experience (desirable). • Strong safety, health, and environment awareness. • Ability to work long and odd hours, including weekends and public holidays. • Potential to be considered for Senior Property Officer role based on suitability and experience.
