About the Role
The Canvass Manager leads a team of door‑to‑door marketers, overseeing recruitment, training, coaching, and daily operations to generate leads and boost local awareness. This role also includes regular collaboration with senior management and reporting on ROI metrics to meet business objectives. • Lead a team of door‑to‑door marketers to drive lead generation and local awareness. • Recruit, staff, train, coach and motivate the canvassing team. • Attend weekly meetings with senior management. • Provide reporting and ROI metrics to meet or exceed business objectives. • Serve as the public face of Mad City, delivering confident face‑to‑face communication. • Stand and walk for 6–8 hours per day. • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. • Perform standing, stooping, bending, and reaching activities during canvassing.

What You Bring
The position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, work outdoors in varied weather, and perform physical tasks such as stooping, bending, and reaching during canvassing activities. • Hold a valid driver’s license. • Experience in face‑to‑face marketing or lead setting (canvassing or promotion) is a plus. • Prior leadership experience with a track record of building high‑performing teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
