About the Role
The Painter position is an entrepreneurial, empowering role where you can develop a career track, leverage existing skills, and learn new ones while working with an incredible team. As a Painter you will repaint scaffolding and other equipment to maintain appearance and usefulness. The job requires preparing equipment, spray‑painting or dipping, re‑applying insignia and safety markings, cleaning paint guns, and handling drying and inventory processes. Physical demands include bending, squatting, lifting 50 lb or more, and working indoors or outdoors as needed. Required qualifications are forklift certification, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of experience in an automobile or equipment paint shop. • Prepare equipment for painting by removing dirt, rust and paint • Re‑apply insignia, safe usage instructions and warnings as necessary • Clean paint guns and maintain orderliness and safe operating conditions of paint booth • Hang scaffolding and other equipment for drying • Place painted scaffolding and other equipment back into inventory after drying

Base pay ranges from $17.75 to $22.55, with the starting rate dependent on location, education, training, and experience.
