About the Role
In this role you will learn and grow as part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers. You will present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers, resolve customer inquiries and complaints, and keep the CRM platform updated. • Present and sell Reliance Home Comfort products and services to new and existing customers. • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly. • Update and maintain customer information in the CRM platform. • Commit to ongoing skill development through weekly coaching sessions.

What You Bring
We are looking for candidates with a growth mindset who are dependable, ambitious, and eager to grow with Reliance. Ideal applicants have at least two years of successful B2C residential sales experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexible evening and weekend schedules. Strong time‑management, communication skills, and a commitment to excellent customer experiences are essential. • Must have at least 2 years B2C residential sales experience with a proven track record. • Require reliable transportation and ability to work evenings and weekends. • Demonstrate strong time‑management, verbal and written communication skills.
